Registration Policies

• By registering for or participating in a PASCV Event or Program, you agree to PASCV Event and Program Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not register or attend.
• Registration and participation in PASCV conferences, and other PASCV in-person and virtual events, constitutes consent for PASCV to communicate with you via email to provide information about the event. Registration is individual and may not be shared.
• Registration confirmations are sent automatically by email; contact the PASCV Events Director, Jess Warner (jess@pascv.org) if not received within 48 hours.

Payment Information

• Submitting a registration constitutes intent to attend. Payment is due upon receipt and must be received before the Event start or before Program content access is granted.
• PASCV does not accept purchase orders or cash. Payment must be made in US dollars.
• Member discounts apply only if membership is active at the time of registration. PASCV will not issue refunds or credits due to the failure to redeem a discount coupon or discounted registration rates (including member registration rates) during the registration process.
• All discounts must be redeemed prior to their expiration date and are non-transferable. Sharing a discount code with anyone other than the intended recipient will invalidate the code. The original recipient may be required to reimburse PASCV for the original discount amount and may lose the option to receive future discounts, at PASCV's sole discretion.
  

Substitutions & Cancellations of Registration or Attendance

• All requests must be emailed to the PASCV Events Director,  Jess Warner (jess@pascv.org). Receipt of email request by PASCV does not constitute automatic approval of substitution or cancellation.
  Cancellation deadline is Wednesday, October 28. Requests before the deadline incur a $10 administrative cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued after the deadline.
• Registration may be transferred to a colleague with PASCV consent; membership status is not transferable.
• Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 30 business days. Credit card processing fees for the refund may be deducted from the refunded amount at PASCV’s discretion.
• PASCV cannot refund travel-related losses. Travel insurance is recommended for all in-person events.
• If PASCV cancels the Event, you may transfer fees to a comparable program.
• PASCV is not liable for any damages resulting from cancellation or registration denial.
